Glossy Finish Tournament Partner SMS Program
Glossy Finish offers a two-way text messaging program for tournament directors, event organizers, venue representatives, and business partners who affirmatively consent to receive SMS communications.
Messages may concern event scheduling, meeting coordination, photography coverage, tournament logistics, venue planning, and related operational communications. Our staff send each message individually. We don't use this program for marketing or promotional messages.
Program details
- Message frequency: Varies based on event activity.
- Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. After you opt out, we don't text you again unless you opt back in.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@glossyfinish.com or 800.630.1022.
- Consent: Participation is optional and is not a condition of partnership with Glossy Finish.
- Delivery: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you join
You join the program by turning on the optional SMS toggle on our partner inquiry form, by agreeing when our staff ask you on a call or in a meeting, or by replying YES to our email request. For the exact wording we use, see SMS consent information.
Opting back in
If you opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START to our number or contact us. We record your new consent before we text you again.
