Team Action Package
This package is for the team that loves photos and wants a great memory of their time at The Cooperstown All Star Village. It includes three full games of coverage.
Photos are delivered to an online gallery where you can easily select them to share, print and enjoy. Your photos will all be high resolution and unwatermarked. You can also add custom posters that are printed on-site and ready to take home with you.

Individual Action Package
Order this if your team is not doing a team package, but you want us to capture and deliver some amazing photos of your player to commemorate their experience at The Cooperstown All Star Village. We guarantee two games of coverage, so you have a wide variety of photos of your player.
You can then view and add all the digital action photos of your player to your album to share, print and enjoy for years to come. Your player's photos will all be high resolution and unwatermarked. You can also add custom posters that are printed on-site and ready to take home with you.

Frequently asked questions
What action packages do you offer?
An Individual Action Package ($175 pre-register, $195 on-site) guaranteeing two full games of coverage, and a Team Action Package ($1,895) guaranteeing three full games of coverage for the entire team, over $400 in savings versus 12 individual packages.
How do I register?
Use the registration form on this page. Spots fill fast and are first come, first served. Select your correct week. Pre-registration closes at 12PM EST the day before your week begins.
What happens after I register?
You'll get an email receipt and a confirmation text. On arrival, visit our Photo Store in the main village area. We'll give you an orange band for your player's cleat and a VIP lanyard to wear, so our photographers can identify you as registered customers.
What if a family doesn't join the Team Package?
We photograph the three games as if everyone participated. Families who opt out won't have access to download photos, but all registered team members receive full coverage.
Should I buy the Individual Package if my team has the Team Package?
No. The Team Package covers your player across all three games. If your player is a pitcher who doesn't pitch in a covered game, contact us on-site and we'll dispatch a photographer for any pitching appearance at no extra cost.
My player is a pitcher. Will you capture pitching photos?
Yes. Tell us at check-in and we'll give you a hotline card with a direct number to our staff. Call when your player takes the mound and we'll dispatch a photographer. The hotline is available until 9PM EST during pool and bracket play.
How do I view my photos after each game?
After each photographed game we text you a link. Click it or go to casvphotos.com and log in with your mobile number, then find your game and add photos to your album.
Will you photograph check-in day events?
Yes. Photographers cover opening ceremonies, skills competitions, pin trading and more. Any photos of your team or player can be added to your package at no extra cost.
Can I bring my own camera or hire a photographer?
Personal cameras are allowed from the parent dugout and throughout the complex, but not on the field or in the player dugout. Hiring an outside photographer is not permitted per our agreement with CASV.
